3. Qualifications:
   1. Holds a domestically or internationally recognized doctoral degree from the Ministry of Education.
   2. Holds foreign nationality.
   3. Specializes in the fields of banking, finance, management and related disciplines.
   4. Possesses bilingual (Chinese and English) teaching abilities, with experience in teaching English abroad preferred.
   5. Able to teach courses in banking, finance, management, and related disciplines.
   6. Applicants who pass the initial screening will need to present and teach a research paper and instructional course in English.
   7. Newly hired faculty members are required to offer at least one English as Medium of Instruction (EMI) course for one academic year.
   8. In accordance with Article 27, Section 4 of the Gender Equality Education Act, the university requires a criminal record check for sexual offenses.
4. Job Description:

1. Planning and teaching English as Medium of Instruction (EMI) course.

2. Planning and delivering courses related to banking, finance, or management.

3. Administrative support for the AACSB accreditation of the College of Management.
