Question about application for Alien Residence Certificate (ARC) 關於外僑居留證(ARC)申請的問題
International students after arrival in Taiwan must send out the application for ARC online within 15 days. Starting day 16, you will be asked to have an walk-in application at the immigration office (Chiayi County) and penalty will be charged (TWD 3000-5000) depending on the day counts .
