Question about application for Alien Residence Certificate (ARC) 關於外僑居留證(ARC)申請的問題
International students after arrival in Taiwan must send out the application for ARC online within 15 days . Starting day 16, you will be asked to have an walk-in application at the immigration office (Chiayi County) and penalty will be charged (TWD 3000-5000) depending on the day counts.
