" The Wind God's Drummer - Taiwan-Africa Collaborative Fusion Concert" combines SIBONGIE’s two albums, "What Africans Taught Me" and "Wrestling Gentlemen," with brand new original songs. In addition to singing, there will be rich traditional African drumming and lively African dances, bringing the audience closer through extensive interaction.
The concert not only showcases the exotic charm of Africa but also integrates the SIBONGIE’s 20 years of local cultivation, singing in Taiwanese to express spiritual connections and reflections on their own land and the African continent. Let the audience feel the passionate live inspiration and share the band's positivity and love for life through their songs.
Audience Entry Notes:
1. Ticket holders will be given priority entry from 6:20 PM to 6:45 PM on May 14th (Tuesday).
2. After 6:45 PM, entry will be open to queued audience members at the venue.

Ticket Collection Rules:
1. Please register online via the Library's smart registration system first.
2. After successful online registration, ticket collection will be available during weekdays from May 1st (Wednesday) to May 10th (Friday) during office hours (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM) at the Library's Cultural Office on the 1st floor (next to the dining room). Ticket collection ends at 5:00 PM on May 10th (Friday).
3. For proxy ticket collection, please present the "Successful Registration" screenshot and provide the registration system registration account for registration (students 
student ID; faculty and staff employee number; external readers registration system registration email).
【African Drum Experience Workshop 
】
The Mandingue Rhythms includes various percussion instruments, with the most representative being the "Djembe" drum. This handcrafted instrument made of wood and animal skin is widely loved for its unique resonances and tone.
In this workshop, we have invited Jiang Niao, the leader of SIBONGIE, who has extensive experience in West African drum music performance, to introduce the origin and cultural background of African drums to participants, teach basic drumming techniques, and experience the unique rhythm of African drum music. It's a rare journey into exotic music culture.
