Answer:  The upper limit of subsidy period to master's students would be two years (four semesters), the exception application could be submitted with a reference from academic advisor and research results (included thesis writing program and thesis published) in the third year  (refer to the attached Implementation Policy  VI. 2. via the link below.) Please remember to  submit your application materials on time with a reference from academic advisor and research results.
